“It is not an exaggeration to say that Andy has completely changed my life course and helped me realise that if I dread Monday mornings, something needs to change”

I am an experienced Executive and Team Coach with a proven track record of unlocking the full potential of senior leaders and leadership teams, driving substantial business performance enhancements. As a member of a teaching faculty, I also specialise in training C-level executives to excel as qualified coaches.

My career journey reflects a rich tapestry spanning the public, commercial, and not-for-profit sectors, providing me with invaluable experience in leading teams and organizations through complex multicultural environments, particularly during high-stress situations.

The foundation of my career was laid during a 33-year tenure in the Royal Air Force, culminating in my role as the commander of the NATO Air Base at Kandahar in Afghanistan. In this challenging position, I successfully managed a base with a population of 17,000 and a fleet of 300 aircraft, all within austere conditions and amidst frequent rocket attacks. More recently, I have held pivotal positions as Operations Director at a tech start-up and Chair of the Board of a housing association.

My professional qualifications include an honours degree in psychology, an MBA, and a postgraduate certification in coaching and development. Additionally, I hold a Diploma in Team Coaching, am a certified Time to Think Coach and Facilitator, and hold a Senior Practitioner Certifications to practice as both an Executive and Team Coach from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

“I have to say it was my first coach session ever so I had no idea what to expect but the more sessions we had the more I enjoyed them. Thanks to your gentle and motivating pushes I found the courage to step up, speak up for myself and unhide the part of me that was afraid to show up. In my professional live I feel now more like the person I want to be and I can be proud of””
